Bada Bing Bayou is the first podcast of its kind—where Italian American heritage collides with the rich, flavorful culture of South Louisiana. Hosted by two proud South Sicilian Americans, Lawrence Ingraffia and Patrick Campesi, the show blends tradition, identity, and hot takes in a way that’s both deeply personal and universally relatable.
What started as kitchen table conversations about culture, food, and family turned into a platform for exploring what it means to be Italian American today—especially for the next generation. From red gravy debates and St. Joseph’s Day altars to growing up in a gumbo of Catholic guilt and cousin cookouts, Bada Bing Bayou is equal parts history, humor, and heart.
